Accountability: Coaches offer regular check-ins to help you stay on track with your goals. Knowing that someone is holding you accountable can be a powerful motivator.

This is my least favorite ADHD coaching fact. No, it will not cure your ADHD, but will reduce your symptoms associated with ADHD. Coaches Do Not have magic wands. ADHD is a collabrotive approach and success depends on the client and the work he or she is willing to put in. However, sometimes we find that there are underlying issues that are not ADHD related, such as anxiety, depression, etc. in this case clients will be encouraged to seek a mental health professional (therapist, counselor, psychiatrist, or medical profession).
